Located at 45-61 Waterloo Road, the new office development forms part of a broader masterplan that will offer future office development, active retail opportunities, and new infrastructure; including parks, roads and through site pedestrian links.The implementation of “fine grain” networks will instigate connectivity between new and existing infrastructure and amenity. In turn, this new development benefits from being carefully considered and arranged around a proposed recreational “active” park located at the heart of the site.The proposed design solution creates a contemporary workplace hub that positively contributes to the on-going economic growth and urban revitalisation of Macquarie Park.This development represents a new standard of commercial development, which will further enhance the public domain beyond the site precinct and its boundaries.
