Paul graduated in 1998 and joined F+P in April 2017, becoming a partner in 2018.
He undertakes the role of a Project Director in the commercial, mixed use, and hospitality sectors.
Paul is recognised for his design excellence and collaborative approach with clients and stakeholders enabling the management of multiple and complex project drivers, resulting in optimal project outcomes.
As an expert in environmental sustainability, Paul is a steering committee member of the NSW Architects Declare movement and is part of a working group that develops policies for the group.
Paul is highly regarded as a speaker and educator in the field of sustainability.
