Strategically positioned between Crows Nest Village and the metro station, 270 Pacific Highway is set to play a key role in realizing the 2036 vision for St Leonards and Crows Nest.

This sustainable, A-grade commercial tower will activate the ground plane, enhance user amenities, attract new jobs, and contribute to the growth of Sydney’s Eastern economic corridor.

Designed with respect for Crows Nest’s rich heritage and fine-grain surroundings, the development features an open and welcoming street frontage that invites both tenants and the community.

The building’s articulated design respects height controls and blends seamlessly with its surroundings, including a terraced rooftop that responds to nearby low-scale developments.
